据指控，Publicon Sport所开具的共计40690239兹罗提的发票并未对应任何实际交易，而波兰足协却在增值税申报中利用这些非法发票进行进项税额抵扣，导致国家增值税收入遭受损失。这一行为涉嫌违反《税务刑法典》第56条第1款关于税务欺诈的规定，相关责任人可能面临最高罚款、监禁，或两者并罚的处罚。

根据提交的报案文件，明确指认了Publicon Sport企业的管理层，但检察机关透露，目前尚未明确界定应当承担刑事责任的个体名单，调查活动持续深入，旨在弄清波兰足球协会内部以及Publicon Sport公司内部哪些人员应当对此事件承担相应责任。

Since August 2022, Publicon Sport has entered into a partnership with the Polish Football Association, primarily focusing on securing sponsors for the governing body. The venture is under the leadership of businessman Radosław Tadajewski, whose company manages the operations. In February 2023, the parties inked an intermediary agreement, stipulating that the firm will receive a fixed monthly payment of 150,000 zloty, along with a commission of 13% on sponsorship proceeds and 25% on licensing revenues, ensuring a minimum annual income exceeding 4.4 million zloty.

多家足球协会的赞助商，诸如Maspex、Fakro以及波兰啤酒公司等，均明确指出Publicon Sport并未在合作过程中扮演中介角色。此外，一份早在2022年5月签订的、与合作启动时间不符的InPost赞助协议，也被认定涉及佣金提取。

Since December 2025, the prosecutorial authorities have been accumulating at least 19 complaints regarding the partnership. In August 2026, the Warsaw-Ochota District Prosecutor's Office initiated an inquiry into allegations of misconduct that resulted in at least 4 million zloty in financial loss for the football association. On October 14th, the Central Anti-Corruption Bureau of Poland (CBA) conducted a surprise raid on the headquarters of the Polish Football Association, seizing documents related to the collaboration and the mobile phones of the association's management. Subsequently, the case was transferred to the anti-corruption unit in Szczecin. Currently, the investigation into tax fraud has been integrated into the same probe, with a single investigation thread addressing both financial wastage and tax offenses.
