As both an athlete and an everyday individual, I have genuinely seen advancements in my journey. Clearly, the league I'm now part of presents a distinct challenge, one that necessitates an adaptation process. One must recalibrate their perception of the game and adopt certain tactics that might not be prevalent elsewhere. The Italian approach to football is distinctly unique, a characteristic I have come to deeply admire. Moreover, as a layman, I made the bold move of relocating to a new country, a decision that many British players have not ventured into. Consequently, I am in the midst of mastering a completely new language, engaging with diverse coaches, and embracing an entirely new way of life. This experience has also contributed to my personal growth as a mature adult male. Furthermore, I must say, the cuisine over there is undeniably superior!

Throughout my professional journey, I have been engaged in a relentless battle against physical ailments, which I believe to be the greatest challenge I have encountered. Ensuring peak physical condition and maintaining a consistent competitive edge have been my paramount objectives each season. Regrettably, circumstances have been such that my body composition dictates this reality, and I have had to adapt and embrace it. However, I have noticed a psychological growth within myself: a more composed acceptance of these adversities, a surer sense of confidence as I step onto the field, and a deeper belief in my capabilities. Fortunately, I am currently in excellent health, and overall, this season is progressing in the right direction physically. When I am feeling at my best and standing on the pitch, my intention is to give my team and myself my all, to deliver my peak performance.
